All services, subscriptions, online fitness classes, diet plans, and programs offered on the Platform
By accessing or using our Website or App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.
1. Eligibility & Use of the Platform
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyFitStand® services or purchase any subscription plan.
1.2 Personal, Non-Commercial Use
You may use the Website and App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
1.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Online Fitness Classes & Programs
We provide live and recorded fitness classes, coaching sessions, and workout plans.
2.2 Diet Plans & Nutrition Coaching
Our certified dieticians provide personalized diet plans and consultations.
2.3 Subscription Services
Some services require monthly/quarterly/annual paid subscriptions. Billing terms apply as per your selected plan.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership
All content on the Website and App—including text, videos, images, logos, software, and training content—is the property of MyFitStand® and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content
Use any content for commercial purposes
Create derivative works without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
4. Health Disclaimer
4.1 Not Medical Advice
MyFitStand® provides fitness and diet guidance for general well-being.
This does not substitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4.2 Consult a Doctor
You must consult your physician before beginning any fitness or diet program, especially if you have:
Medical conditions
Injuries
Allergies
Dietary restrictions
You agree to use the services at your own risk.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Paid Services
Some features require payment. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
5.2 Recurring Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring cycles.
5.3 No Refund for Auto-Renewal
If you forget to cancel a plan before renewal, the payment for that cycle may not be refunded.
6. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
The updated Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy (Effective November 15, 2025) is incorporated into these Terms.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase
Refunds are case-by-case and processed to the original payment method
6.2 Cancellations
You can cancel anytime
Cancellation stops future billing
No refunds for unused subscription time
6.3 Replacement / Extensions
Valid for issues raised within 3 days of service delivery
Includes technical issues, access problems, or incorrect diet plan delivery

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse the Platform
Share class recordings or diet plans publicly
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Engage in abusive behavior toward trainers, staff, or other users
Violations may lead to account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Accuracy
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
that classes/diet plans will meet every user’s expectations
100% accuracy of content (fitness/diet results vary per individual)
8.2 No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFitStand® is not liable for:
injuries arising from workouts
allergic reactions from food items mentioned in diet plans
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate:
External video platforms
Payment gateways
WhatsApp or email support
We are not responsible for errors or data handling by third-party providers.
10. Modifications to the Platform
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue services, features, or pricing at any time without notice.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
You violate these Terms
Misuse the Platform
Engage in fraud or harassment
Upon termination, you lose access to services and content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction in Pune.
