Welcome to MyFitStand® (“MyFitStand”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). This Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy applies to all services and subscriptions offered through MyFitStand.com and the MyFitStand Mobile App, including:
Online fitness classes
Diet plans / diet coaching subscriptions
Any bundled or combined programs
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms in this Policy.
1. Refund Policy (All Subscriptions: Fitness & Diet)
1.1 We aim to deliver high-quality online fitness and diet-coaching services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund.
1.2 We offer a refund for subscription purchases only under certain circumstances and within a specific timeframe.
1.3 You may request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

1.6 Refunds are processed only to the original payment method after verification.

2. Replacement / Service Extension Policy (Fitness & Diet Services)
2.1 You may request a service extension or replacement only in cases of defective, inaccessible, or unsatisfactory service, including but not limited to:
Access issues for online fitness classes
Diet plan not delivered or incorrect
Technical issues preventing usage

Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible.
3. Fitness & Diet Subscription Cancellations
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3.3 Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does NOT entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current active cycle.
4. Changes to Subscription Plans (Fitness & Diet)
4.1 You may upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription plan at any time.
4.2 All plan changes will be applied from the next billing cycle.
